We are looking for an experienced backend/full stack developer for our Production Tools team.
As a part of the team, you would be responsible for developing production tools and processes to help developers track the progress and efficiency of their projects and make shipping games as effortless and pleasurable as possible. You will ensure we can improve the quality of life for hundreds of developers across many disciplines. You will be using a wide spectrum of technologies ranging from Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, git, JQL, PostgreSQL, Node.js / Typescript on the server side, to the React / Typescript stack on the front-end.
You should have a good understanding of statistics (linear regression, normal distributions, mean, median, mode, etc..), this will help you understand the tools you will be working on. Your primary responsibility will be developing RESTful web APIs and interfacing with data sources. Experience with Jira and understanding data query languages is necessary. In addition, you are also responsible for implementing APIs into client-side applications, ensuring a comprehensive full stack solution.
You will join a multi-disciplinary team where everyone is willing to expand their knowledge and is encouraged to continue learning new things. The team is characterized by passion, comradery, and the love for game development. You will work in close collaboration with other programmers, producers, and analysts, with the opportunity to collaborate with other Ubisoft studios.
